She is an experienced colorist and designer with a demonstrated history of working in various industries include Automotive Coatings, General Industry, Automotive Metallic and Plastic Coatings, and Car Refinishes, skilled in color matching, color marketing and designing, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Standards, process of continuous improvement over time (Kaizen), project management, teamwork, and leadership. She is also a certified auditor and first aid specialist. 

Accompanied by her burning interest in positive sciences, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree focused in Chemistry from Middle East Technical University. During her active 10 working years in Kansai Altan Boya A.Ş. she gained proficiency in her research, experimental design, problem solving, quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal communication skills achieved in her business life through professional experience in managing projects, leading in various personal interactions and organizational Quality Management System committees.
